The Senior Vice President, Data Science & Analytics(North America) will have holistic responsibility for all data science and analytics functions of the Financial Services & Data business. The role reports directly to the Chief Product and Analytics Officer of Financial Services & Data, and is the catalyst for transformation within the business, helping to evolve the way Experian provides insights to support existing customers and drive innovation.
Our Financial Services & Data (FSD) business powers decisioning and innovation across the financial ecosystem. We partner with leading banks, fintechs, and capital markets firms to deliver trusted data, advanced analytics, and cloud-based software that help clients make smarter, faster, and more confident decisions.
This leader will direct the development of analytics, data science, research, and innovation strategies. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on expertise: defining how AI and analytics are used across our products, designing future‑ready solutions aligned to business strategy, and balancing growth with risk.
We’re looking for a leader with strong business and technical acumen, deep data and analytics expertise, and a proven ability to inspire teams, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and lead effective change in a large‑scale, data‑driven environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
