Position Overview

The Product Manager is the senior owner of LiveOps systems and growth frameworks within the Monetization Department.

This role focuses on designing, scaling, and optimizing reusable LiveOps, monetization, and engagement systems that drive long-term growth, retention, and commercial performance across titles.

Main Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end LiveOps performance, including strategy, execution, and optimization
• Design and scale reusable monetization and engagement systems (events, offers, progression, retention loops)
• Drive user growth and optimize core funnels (conversion, retention, LTV) in alignment with UA strategies
• Leverage data, experimentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve performance
• Optimize in-game economy and build scalable meta/progression systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Design, Data, Marketing, Production) to deliver high-impact features
• Act as the key stakeholder interface, translating business goals into scalable, data-driven product solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with F2P or live service games, with proven LiveOps ownership
• Experience driving game performance through system-level improvements and data-driven decisions
• Understanding of monetization, game economy, player lifecycle, and growth/UA metrics
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• Experience with A/B testing, game analytics, and telemetry systems
• Strong English communication skills

• Work location: 207C Nguyen Xi, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
